Public Safety You Can Measure
Focus on prevention, smart enforcement, and partnerships that reduce repeat incidents.

I’m Ian Smith, and I’m running for Sheriff of Lincoln County because I’ve seen too many broken promises and double standards in local law enforcement. Those chosen to lead have let us down time and again with questionable morals and ethics.
Join the team—help with yard signs, phones, and community events.
Clear goals for a safer, stronger Lincoln County.
Focus on prevention, smart enforcement, and partnerships that reduce repeat incidents.
Training, tools, and leadership that helps deputies do their jobs safely and professionally.
Regular updates, clear policies, and open communication with the public and local leaders.
My platform is simple: Accountability, Transparency, and Integrity.
I may not be as prominent and polished as some candidates, but if you ask the people I have served, I get results. I have been serving my community, state, and nation for 21 years: volunteer firefighter, EMT, combat veteran, police officer, and city council member. I want to use my wealth of experience to create positive change in Lincoln County.
